PPCUK South Your shire welcomes Zaheer Babar in Bradford

Bradford: Historic book of Zaheer Ahmed Babar was more popular in overseas as compared to Pakistan and it was probably the best selling book at airport book stalls. Participants were discussing “Parliament say bazar-e-husn tak” in a reception in honour of the author of that historic book held by South Yorkshire branch of Pakistan Press Club UK.

Former President Arshad Rachyal, President branch Shakeel Anjum Rajpoot, Senior journalist Zafar Tanvir and other members of press club were warmly welcome the author on his arrival to Bradforf along with President Pakistan Press Club UK Mobeen Chaudhry.

Replying to the queries of percipients who urged Zaheer Babar that why he did not write another book after this. He said I was not very much happy to write those bitter facts in my first book but all those were on record. I did write other books on serious topics later but they were unfortunately could not grab the attention of public.

President PPCUK Mobeen Chaudhry hailed the efforts of Zaheer Babar in assigning the MoU of Pakistan Press Club UK with Lahore Press Club back in 2016.

Arshad Rachyal reminded his tour to Lahore Press Club in 2017 when he was warmly welcome by the members of club.

Members of the Press Club from North West of England participated in this reception and presented flowers to the guests. Former VP Zahid Noor, Fayaz jadoon, Adeeb Mushtaq, Mazher Chaudhry, Raja Tanveer, Aif Qureshi Secretary General of the host branch and others welcome Zaheer Babar with open arms.
